Sample Post

Here is a sample post - to edit the post sign into your blogger dashboard and click "edit" under the post. (if you are already signed into blogger when reading this you'll be a pencil icon at the bottom, click on that to edit it) You can also go to your blogger dashboard and click "posting" tab then "edit post"

Once you're in editing mode - read on -

You can change the font style by clicking the F- there are lots of fonts to choose from, but it's a good idea to stick with one font type. The two tT's next to that are for making text bigger or smaller  then there's bold and italic, underline and strikethrough. Stick with black for font color choice in general because other colors can be hard to read. But next to that is the good stuff. Highlight text then click on "link" then enter the URL you want to link to to create a hyperlink this text links you to www.facebook.com. And then there's the picture icon click that....

and you can upload your own photos!!! easy peasy.

next is movies, but you won't really be adding any so it doesn't matter....then the broken page icon is "page break" which i'll get into once you get the basics.

Then the lines - that's the alignment. Click it too choose how you want your text aligned. This way is aligned to the left.

this way is aligned to "center"

this way is aligned right

the "normal alignment is to the left of course, because it is basic, and that's pretty much how everyone does it - the standard if you will. this way of aligning text (right) is strange looking but fun.

the number icon next to the alignment  is for numbered lists. then next to that is dotted lists, "quotes" and at the end the ABCs with the check mark is spell check.

Once your finished with your post click "save now" then "publish" if you're ready for it to go live - if you still want to work on it more just save it, then you can take some time off, come back later and it will be saved for later.
